Our 3 in 1 cartoning packing machine where it integrates carton erector, carton packer and carton sealer into 1 piece to minimize the floor space and simplify packing process. This packing machine adopts self-design high-speed flexible parallel robot for grasping motion. It is applicable for cartoning of bag packaging below weight of 3kg.
Stacking or unevenly distributed products from production can be easily recognized, sorted, and positioned by our vision system and picked precisely by the Delta robot. Speed can achieve up to 120 packs/minute/robot. It is widely used for cartoning with automatic identification, sorting, handling, and packing of soft bags and boxed products in food packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical, and electronic industry.
