Top load station is a stand-alone automatic high speed box cartoning packaging machine. It comes with high speed and high precision Delta robot, product conveyor, carton box conveyor and camera vision system where it pick the products and place it into carton case fast and precisely.
It is applicable for cartoning any product with weight below 3kg especially for bag packaging product. Stacking or unevenly distributed product from production can be easily stored, positioning and picking using our vision system and delta robot. It is capable to customized various type of cartoning pattern with different end tools, speed can achieve up to 120 packs/minute/robot.
