A stand-alone fully automated Delta Robot pick and place system for both primary and secondary packaging. It comes with integral control system, high speed, reliable and fully guarded. It is suitable for sorting products below 1kg into tray/pillow type packaging machine (Horizontal flow wrap machine)/Vertical packaging machine/cartoning machine/chain index conveyor. It can achieve up to 60-120packs/minute/robot.
Based on production capacity, the number of operating robots can be adjusted and multiple units of robots can operate in a series. It is capable of pick and place different type of products such as desiccants, biscuit, mooncake, Dim Sum, candy, soap, medicine and etc.
