Sausage packaging is high labor-intensive process, especially on sort and place sausage into the in-bag packaging machine. Warsonco come out a high-speed sausage loading and packaging machine. This sausage loader is suitable to coupler with auto stretch film packaging machine for sausages packaging.
This high-speed sausage loading machine come with timing belt sausage feeding conveyor and thermoforming vacuum. Speed ranges from 350 pieces/min to 900 pieces/min. It has the feature on sausage auto-lining, auto-sorting function and auto-reject the defective sausage and able to pick and place the sausage fast and precisely into the bag packaging index conveyor. Applicable for product in range of diameter of 18-32mm, length 60-140mm and weight range from 35g to 70g.
